- When am I billed?
- Only after your account is set up and you choose a paid plan. The free tier is free. Pick a plan and enter your email, and we will confirm everything by email before you pay anything.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Change plans or cancel at any time by emailing us. Plans are per publication, so agencies can mix plans across clients.
- Do you charge per subscriber?
- No. Plans are priced per connected publication, so your bill does not grow every time your list does.
- Which plan includes which API?
- Each API page lists its plan. Start with the Posts & Archive API or the MCP server, or browse all APIs.
- How do I get access?
- Choose a plan and enter your email, or email hello@newsletterapi.io. We set up your account and send your API key and MCP URL by email.
